Remixing London

Remixing London

Creating interesting layouts
using photos of London

In focus

A personal visual study exploring urban texture and digital distortion. I photographed signage, logos, typography, and graffiti around London, then manipulated the images using the Glitché iPhone app to push them into abstraction.

The project focuses on turning familiar city elements into unfamiliar visual forms, stretching, mirroring, and distorting the photographs until they become layered compositions that feel more like graphic patterns than documentation.

By combining symmetry, digital noise, and analogue street details, the series transforms everyday urban fragments into experimental graphic posters and layouts.
